How can you utilize the off season to make the most of your hunting season?

Join us and hear from wildlife biologist, professional hunting guide & Mule Deer Foundation board member Kelli Poole, special guest, avid bow hunter and former professional powerlifter Brandon Lilly of Sorinex Exercise Equipment and Gym Jones' own Michael Hulcher, Director of Programming and Training. We will discuss why you should care about training your mind and keeping your physical performance attuned. How can the gym easily translate into mountain preparation? Training in the offseason will give you an edge over your competitors and also propel you toward a best-case scenario for success during hunting season. Other fun activities include tips for loading your pack by Black Ovis and how to prepare your wild game by Traeger Grills.

After our morning of knowledge and learning we will have a fun and scalable community work out. There is no necessary fitness level needed to do this workout, so if this is day one of your new training program for off season preparation - good for you. Or, if you are already training hard we can scale the workout for you as well. All abilities are welcome and encouraged. 

Our event will culminate with a Traeger sponsored wild game BBQ. 

That's a great way to spend a Saturday.
