This is an 8 week 'crash course' in rowing in order to very quickly prepare someone for a 2,000m time trial. If you're looking for the 16 week program we completed in the gym during summer 2019, you'll find it in 4 parts: Specificity Aerobic Base Building, Specificity Cardiovascular Power, Specificity Power Endurance Block 1, Specificity Power Endurance Block 2.
This program is a condensed version of the longer 16 week program.
