This program brings all the Obstacle Course Racing (OCR) programs (Inceptus, Virbus, and Tolerus) together into a 12 week conditioning program with a 13th week for deloading. In this program, functional body weight movement, strength, and endurance are progressive, better integrating all preparation training for an OCR competition.
*If you do not have an Air Assault Bike, for this program you can substitute it with a different kind of stationary bike, or even running
*If you do not have a SkiErg you can substitute with a Rower and vice-versa. Running can also be put into place if there is no access to either machine.
